Job Description:
As a Junior Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Strong proficiency in developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible websites using HTML, CSS, SASS/SCSS and JavaScript
- Proficiency with HTML5, including semantic HTML5 elements, microformats, and WAI-ARIA
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as Sass, Less, or Stylus
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Experience in web development using JavaScript/React and latest ECMAScript
- Good understanding of ReactJS hooks, life cycle methods, state managements
- Knowledge of Redux, Flux, or similar state management libraries
- Experience working with RESTful APIs integrations with back-end services
- Experience in unit testing and mocking frameworks (Jest, React Testing Lib)
- Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.
- Work with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to improve usability
- Write clean, maintainable, easy to read, and well-documented code

To qualify, candidates must have.
- Tech./ B.E./BCA/MCA/MSc/BSc with sound technical skills
- Strong command on verbal and written English language.
- Proven experience as a Junior Software Engineer with at least 2-3 years of hands-on development experience.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Senior UI Developer
Job Summary:
As a Senior UI Developer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of responsive and performant user interfaces across our range of products. Your expertise in front-end technologies, performance optimization techniques, and modern UI/UX principles will be critical in ensuring our applications deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of responsive and visually captivating user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Implement performance optimization strategies to ensure fast loading times, smooth animations, and efficient rendering of UI elements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional, high-performance UI components.
- Ensure compatibility and responsiveness across various browsers and devices, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Continuously iterate on UI/UX designs to improve user engagement and interaction.
- Recommend best coding practices and understand the criticality of removing unused code without breaking the flow.
- Understanding Core web vitals to optimize the performance of the website by discovering bottlenecks.
- Conduct thorough performance testing and profiling to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX development with a strong focus on performance optimization.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Solid understanding of performance profiling and optimization techniques for web applications.
- Experience with front-end build tools, version control systems, and package managers.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve UI performance issues.
- A portfolio of previous UI projects demonstrating your expertise in creating high-performance user interfaces is a plus.
- Having knowledge of eCommerce applications with eCommerce platforms is plus (ex. SFCC, CommerceTools etc)
- Should be ready to work in shifts (3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST).
