Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP)

Job Description:

This role is all about identifying platform, software, and infrastructure issues and building proactive solutions that prevent future problems. Our DevOps engineer will work across several teams to find opportunities to build self-service and automation tooling to help developers become more successful and ship faster and more confidently. Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing production software, infrastructure, and integration issues
  • Develop & improve our software and infrastructure monitoring solutions
  • Collaborate with software teams on system architecture and technology decisions
  • Build and develop tools to automate our deployment pipelines and operational activities
  • Support and accelerate our transition to the public cloud (Google Cloud Platform, GCP).

Qualifications:

  • A four-year degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Technology graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience with large-scale e-commerce systems. Sales Force Commerce Cloud experience desired.
  • 5+ year’s hands-on experience with system management of UX and Windows-based systems
  • Experience with orchestration tools
  • Experience in data modeling, management, and reporting
  • Experience working with Hybrid and public clouds (IAAS, GCP, AWS, Azure etc) and capacity management principles.
  • Experience in Dell Boomi, Manhattan OMNI, MySQL, MS-SQL, JIRA, Jenkins, and Confluence helpful.
  • Strong Analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage projects which may include environment scaling, vulnerability patching, system migrations, and similar

  • Available for on-call support on a rotating basis.
  • Passion for creating and maintaining documentation and troubleshooting run books.
  • Experience with communication protocols, restful services, service-oriented architecture, distributed systems, and micro services.

Senior Support Engineer - OMS

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support for Fluent Commerce, Order Management System (OMS), Fulfilment, and Microservices applications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to the integration and functionality of Fluent Commerce and associated systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders, to address and resolve escalated support cases.
  • Collaborate with the team, providing guidance on troubleshooting methodologies and best practices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, known issues, and solutions.
  • Interface with customers to gather detailed information on reported problems, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Act independently, escalating critical issues and collaborating on bug fixes and feature improvements.
  • Stay current on industry trends, updates, and emerging technologies within the Fluent Commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 year of experience in the IT Industry with expertise in Order Management System.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Support Engineer with expertise in Fluent Commerce.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce systems and supply chain processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies and technical problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and best practices.
  • Prior experience in supporting complex, enterprise-level systems.
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex system integrations and dependencies.

Junior Magento Front-End Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality front-end designs for Magento 2 eCommerce websites.
  • Ensure that the design is accurately and efficiently implemented in collaboration with the design team.
  • Optimize website performance, user experience, and page speed through front-end development techniques.
  • Collaborate with the backend development team to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend functionalities.

  • Adobe Magento Certification is a must.
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to articulate the Omni-channel end-to-end commerce value proposition.
  • Strong integration and architectural knowledge of the Magento platform 20% travel required – Depends
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills. Experienced in independently interacting with seniors across different groups/team

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Magento 2 Frontend Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with frontend development frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, or Materialize.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles. Pixel perfect design implementation. Used to design tools like Photoshop, Figma, XD, etc.
  • Familiarity with CSS pre-processors such as SASS or LESS. Magento 2 less framework modification.
  • Must have knowledge of Knockout JS
  • Must have basic knowledge of React-Redux, and Grunt.
  • Work with different library jquery in the same project.
  • Work with Magento default jquery components (Tabs, Accordion, Navigation).
  • Graphql knowledge will be plus
  • TypeScript knowledge will be a plus.

Desirables:
