Position Overview:

As a Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer at NuLogic you will be a key player in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce Service Cloud platform to deliver outstanding customer support solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionalities that align with our business objectives and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud components, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation processes. Implement and troubleshoot the code when necessary.
  • Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems, such as CRM and third-party applications, to streamline processes and data flow.
  • Manage data quality, data migration, and data cleansing efforts within Salesforce Service Cloud. Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards within Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) preferred.
  • Proven 7+ years experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and security concepts.
  • Knowledge in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce automation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and keeping up with Salesforce updates and best practices.

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic Business Development team.
  • Understanding client requirements and creating proposals
  • Running RFP cycles and handling POCs
  • Presenting solutions to customers and building relationships with partners like Commercetools, Elasticpath, SalesForce Magento Contentful, Bloomreach, Algolia, AWS, Oracle, and others.
  • Conducting technical training for our Sales team
  • Preparing content/design for global events
  • Coordinating with our content and design partners

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manhattan OMS Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Manhattan OMS Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and maintaining the Manhattan Order Management System within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient flow of order processing, inventory management, and customer fulfillment.


Roles and

  • Lead or contribute to the successful implementation of the Manhattan Order Management System, ensuring that it aligns with our business requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:
