The content writer will develop and create content for print, website, digital media (linkedin, etc), email campaigns and product descriptions. Well-researched and accurate content will be produced on tight deadlines. The Content Writer will communicate with leadership, the Marketing team, and Design team. Excellent writing, spelling, and understanding of English grammar are essential to the role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 75% of work will involve writing for whitepapers, datasheets, blogs and case studies
  • 25% of work will involve writing for email nurture stream and campaign
  • Experience with CMS like Asana, Buffer, and Google Cloud Applications
  • Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy
  • Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers
  • Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)
  • Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
  • Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Should have B2B experience and knowledge of services and products. Knowledge of ecommerce / retail is a must
  • Excellent written communication skills and grasp of the English language
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in creative writing, journalism, English, or related field
  • Knowledge of keyword placement and SEO
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
