Job Description:
As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end development of web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, ReactJS, Node.js.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement front-end and back-end features.
- Writing efficient, maintainable, and reusable code while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other technical challenges.
- Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues across the stack and implementing effective solutions.
- Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to elevate the team's skillset.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

To qualify, candidates must have.
- Tech./ B.E./BCA/MCA/MSc/BSc with sound technical skills
- Strong command on verbal and written English language.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with at least 6-10 years of hands-on development experience.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (React or Vue).
- Strong expertise in backend languages and frameworks (Node.js).
- Experience with database design and management.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Solid understanding of web architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a Plus
- Relevant certifications in web development, cloud technologies, or related areas is most preferred.
