Reporting Analyst

JOB TITLE: Reporting Analyst



This function analyzes data collected from customer touchpoints and generates insights to help drive a positive ownership experience. The service is tasked with monitoring the performance of operational and feature-based (remote service) goals. It is also responsible for advanced analytics, predictive modeling, telephony analytics, and the development of queries and reporting in backend databases utilizing various SQL syntaxes (and other analytic tools).


  • · 3 to 5 years of experience
  • · Proficient with Extract, Transform, Load data skills
  • · Proficient with Excel, particularly in Pivot and V lookup.
  • · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • · Ability to understand credit card and credit related analytics
  • · Building acquisitions and portfolio credit monitoring dashboard
  • · Communicate the insights with credit KPI daily, weekly and monthly.
  • · Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
  • · Excellent time management skills
  • · Clear, effective and prompt communications with all levels of audience
  • · Strong organizational and presentation abilities
  • · Self-motivated, self-managed, and a finisher
