As one of the most iconic apparel retailers, Brooks Brothers required a stronger defense against malicious bot traffic that was inflating traffic volumes, increasing infrastructure costs, and threatening customer experience on their Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) storefront.
Their existing setup, which included Salesforce’s native CDN along with Akamai, provided basic caching and delivery capabilities but lacked the advanced bot management, rate-limiting, and edge security features needed to keep pace with modern threats.
