The Challenge

El Palacio de Hierro needed to rapidly evolve beyond traditional eCommerce by launching a robust, scalable third-party marketplace. Their primary goal was to integrate the Mirakl Marketplace Platform with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), leveraging Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) to modernize operations and improve scalability.
