The monitoring service can include the following service levels: Infrastructure, Applications, Databases, Transactions.

These levels are previously agreed with our clients based on their needs and risk criteria.

Infrastructure Monitoring

This monitoring is performed at a general level within the IT infrastructure.
The parameters of the operating system and the hardware that supports it are monitored, consumption thresholds and component utilization are reviewed.

It is oriented to the most technical levels within the company, and enables to obtain reports and statistics associated to the behavior.

To perform this service Nu can use monitoring tools provided by the customer, monitoring tools implemented by Nu or a hybrid of both.

Application, Database and Transaction Monitoring

Infrastructure Monitoring includes monitoring the health of application services, as well as the performance and performance of databases and web applications.

This level of monitoring includes the follow-up of the operability of the network equipment, added to the monitoring of the various operating systems of the data center applications, to obtain monitoring results at the end-user experience level.

It is oriented to technical and managerial levels within the company, and enables to obtain reports and statistics associated with the behavior.
