Brief about the role: We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer for one of our projects. As a Data Engineer, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain the data architecture and infrastructure that supports the customer's data-driven initiatives. This will involve working with large volumes of complex data, both structured and unstructured, to create scalable and reliable data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- 5-8years of Experience in Data Engineering
- Data Ingestion to the lake.
- Data mart design and development.
- Vendor file extract management.
- Handle the logic change in the extract.
- Handle layout changes on file feeds.
- Respond to batch failures.
- Work with businesses to set up new file feeds.
- Work with the Operation team to maintain frameworks.
- Data modelling.
- Handling vendor file processing errors.
- Looking for automation opportunities to reduce manual errors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Data Engineering,
- Willing to come to the office.
- Experience in Banking /Financial domain.
